Digital Products
All digital products sold on this website (including but not limited to readings, guides, recorded sessions, or downloadable materials) are delivered electronically. Because digital goods cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- You were charged but did not receive access to or delivery of the product within 48 hours of payment.
- The file or content delivered was corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase.
Live or Scheduled Sessions (e.g., Reiki healing, tarot/angel card readings, mediumship sessions)
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible conditions above, email us at iindiigo.orracle@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order/payment reference. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
